How much notice do you need for custom bouquets?
Ideally 48 hours minimum. For weddings and large events, 2–4 weeks. Rush orders sometimes possible — contact us on WhatsApp to check.
Can I request specific flowers not in season?
We'll always try to source your favourites, but may suggest beautiful seasonal alternatives for the freshest result.
What if I'm not sure what I want?
That's perfectly fine. Select 'Florist's Choice' and share the occasion and your budget — we'll create something stunning.
How do I know what my bouquet will look like?
For complex requests, we may share a mood board or description before crafting. Final designs are artisan creations and may vary slightly from inspiration images.
Can I make changes after submitting?
Yes, contact us via WhatsApp or reply to our confirmation email within 2 hours of submission.
Is there a minimum order for custom bouquets?
Custom arrangements start from $65.
