Fill a clean vase with cool water and add the flower food provided.

What if no one is home to receive the delivery?
We will leave the bouquet in a safe place you have specified, with a neighbour if you prefer, or arrange redelivery the next day. You can add delivery instructions at checkout.
Can I include a gift message?
Yes — every bouquet includes a handwritten card. You can preview your message during checkout, and we keep it to 200 characters so it fits beautifully.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
You can choose a morning or afternoon slot for next-day delivery. For tighter windows or special requests, message us on WhatsApp and we will do our best.
Do you deliver to hospitals and offices?
Yes. Please include the ward number, reception name, or floor details at checkout so our driver can hand the bouquet to the right person.
What if my flowers arrive damaged?
We stand by our happiness guarantee. If something is not right, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Changes are welcome until we begin preparing your bouquet — usually two hours before your selected delivery slot. For same-day orders, please contact us immediately.
Do you offer international delivery?
We deliver locally at the moment. For overseas orders, we are happy to recommend trusted partner florists in major cities — just ask.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes. Our wraps are recyclable or compostable, our boxes use recycled card, and we avoid plastic wherever possible.
